Shearing machine

Guillotine type Hydraulic shears, they are equipped with four-edge blades top and bottom. The
independent hydraulic hold-downs automatically adjust hold down pressure according to the
material being sheared.
It is equipped with manual blade clearance adjustment and ball transfers in the table.
Precision ball screws and linear bearings provide a backgage with superior accuracy, high
positioning speed, and long service life with minimum maintenance. The positioning of the
backgage is accomplished bythe CNC control with a full feed back servo hydraulic system.
It may also be adapted to the most particular customer requirements.

The DAC-310 shear controller provides a complete and compact shear control application.
Including back gauge control, gap control and stroke length limitation this state of the art
electronics based unit makes a versatile solution.
